Key Responsibilities
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
- Participate in client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
- Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
- Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.
Qualifications
Skill and experiences
- 2+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a Finance consultant.
- Good understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Exposure to consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
- Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.
- Dynamics 365 F&O certifications are a plus.
