Job Description:
Inbound Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against move transfer orders initiated from main warehouse.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock into the inventory system.
- Coordinate with counterparts in main warehouse and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies or damages.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain high accuracy across all SKUs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Implement and maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Identify slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and take corrective actions.
Outbound Operations:
- Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain quality control standards to minimize errors and returns.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Generate regular operational reports including stock levels, fulfillment rates, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff in best practices and operational standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and safety.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in specialized ground ops warehousing background.
- Strong in analytics and logical thinking to navigate WMS, excel and powerpoint presentations.
- A good team player and able to lead a team independently.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good coordination and organizational skill.
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
- Able to work on shift hours
