Data Analysis Manager

We do have an excellent position for a Data Analysis Manager based out of Kuala Lumpur.

Note: Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages to liaise with stakeholders and support in-application communication.

Job Details:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.

Proven ability to manage teams, deliver insights, and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies.

Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, AI, and automation.

Experience working in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., fintech, e-commerce, healthcare].

Strong business acumen and understanding of how data analytics drives value in business.
