Job Title: Operations Data Analyst (Chinese speaker)
Location: Yerevan, Armenia (On-site – Relocation Required)
About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a dynamic iGaming company, we are seeking a fluent Mandarin-speaking Operations Data Analyst to join their expanding team in Yerevan, Armenia. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational data analysis and statistical reporting for the platform, including activity metrics, user behavior, retention rates, and recharge/withdrawal data.
- Conduct comprehensive data reviews of platform operations to identify underlying issues and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyzing ROI and user conversion metrics to inform strategic adjustments.
- Partner with the operations team to formulate data-driven operational strategies aimed at enhancing overall platform efficiency.
- Generate and present regular data analysis reports to support informed operational decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis with strong analytical acumen and sensitivity to data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data processing tools, with excellent data organization and interpretation skills.
- Exceptional logical thinking abilities, coupled with strong problem identification and resolution capabilities.
- Prior operational experience in gambling, gaming, or internet platforms is highly preferred.
- High level of personal accountability, strong execution skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia, and work full-time on-site.
