Job Summary
Internally the role is called as Analyst. We are seeking a proactive Analyst (Executive) to support the COO Office team in day-to-day operations. The role focuses on task coordination, follow-ups, and reporting to ensure smooth execution of projects and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist the COO Analyst team in coordinating ongoing initiatives across local and international markets, including timelines, task tracking, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Operational Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics across local and international markets to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations on operational performance and expansion progress for senior leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows across markets and recommend solutions to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years work experience in analytical roles, business support or similar roles
- Comfortable with reporting and tracking (Powerpoint, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination and follow-ups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
