About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will analyze large datasets using SQL and Python, create compelling reports & dashboards in Power BI and Databricks, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, impactful reporting. This is a hands-on role with direct influence on business performance.

What You'll Do:

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.

Leverage Databricks and Spark-based workflows to process and transform large datasets.

Use Python to automate data transformations, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear, accurate analytics solutions.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all reporting layers.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Scienceor a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.

Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report administration, and performance optimization.

Practical experience with Databricks, Spark, notebooks, and data transformations.

Knowledge of the Lark (Feishu) application with the ability to use Python to build and maintain automated messaging and workflow integrations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Comfortable translating complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Azure or AWS cloud data services.

Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.

Knowledge of data governance, CI/CD pipelines, or real-time/streaming data workflows.
