The Data Analyst for Services Operations plays a crucial role in evaluating service performance by analysing operational data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and reports that support informed decision-making and process optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying risk areas and recommending preventive measures to ensure seamless service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize operational data to assess service performance.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities within service operations.
- Develop reports and dashboards to present data analysis findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to devise data-driven strategies for enhancing service efficiency and quality.
- Identify potential risk areas and propose preventive measures to ensure service operations continuity.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization based on data analysis insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role or a related field, preferably with Services Operation experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other relevant languages for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and a passion for customer success.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
