We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines
hands-on data work with opportunities to explore modern AI tools. You will work with real datasets, automate workflows, generate insights, and support data-driven decision making across various teams.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of experience who are strong
in Python and SQL.
Main Responsibilities
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies.
- Create clear visualizations using dashboards or reporting tools.
- Use Python (pandas, numpy) to automate reporting and streamline data workflows.
- Assist in developing scripts and internal tools to support operational efficiencies.
- Apply basic statistical or machine learning techniques for simple analytical tasks.
- Explore modern AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) to support internal initiatives.
- Prepare datasets for advanced modeling under senior guidance.
- Work closely with analysts, engineers, and business teams to understand data needs.
- Present findings and insights in clear and easy-to-understand formats.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas preferred).
- Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling large datasets.
- Eager to learn and explore new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with ML libraries such as scikit-learn is additional advantage.
- Exposure to LLMs or Generative AI tools is additional advantage.
- Experience with dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Superset, etc.) is additional advantage.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or Colab notebooks is additional advantage.
