Job Responsibilities:

1.UA Campaign Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation:

  • Support the user acquisition (UA) efforts for the company's products by analyzing ad performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rate, and LTV.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualization reports to deliver actionable insights and improve campaign efficiency

2.Data Preparation for Modeling & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with algorithm engineers to prepare modeling datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, sample construction, and sampling.
  • Assist with model deployment validation, performance evaluation, and continuous optimization.

3.Campaign Support & Process Coordination:

  • Participate in campaign strategy planning, UA campaign setup, and post-launch data tracking and attribution analysis.
  • Monitor key performance metrics on advertising platforms, identify issues, and provide optimization suggestions.

4.Data Management & Process Standardization:

  • Contribute to building standardized data processing workflows, data dictionaries, and metric systems to improve analysis efficiency and reusability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related courses.
  • Proficient in SQL, capable of handling complex queries, data integration, and performance tuning.
  • Familiar with Python / R / Excel for data analysis is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, labeling, and A/B testing concepts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, DataStudio, or internal equivalents.
  • Prior experience in digital advertising, mobile app user acquisition, UA analytics, or performance marketing is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with algorithm engineers or data science teams, with basic knowledge of machine learning workflows.
  • Familiar with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, Apple Search Ads is a strong plus.
  • Be able to communicate in both English and Chinese in daily work settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into analytical tasks.
  • High data sensitivity, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and responsible, capable of delivering high-quality analytical support on time.
