We are a well-known and established MNC in the Chemical industry, inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Data Analyst (MAXIMO). This is a permanent position and based in KL Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Execute hands-on data cleansing to resolve inconsistencies and prepare Maximo asset data for future AI-powered models.
- Provide technical support for Maximo configurations and assist in standardizing the Maximo-ERP interface.
- Support the technical rollout and ongoing maintenance of the Maximo Mobile suite.
- Ensure the data foundation supports the effective adoption of standardized Work Order Management processes.
- Collaborate directly with maintenance and operations teams to drive adoption and maintain high data quality.
- Use strong SQL and analytical skills to clean, standardize, and migrate large-scale data.
- Understand industrial maintenance processes and how Maximo integrates with other systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Demonstrate strong communication and independence while preparing data structures for future analytics and AI goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within a Maximo environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess project management and good organizational skill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and provide technical support to the team.
