Data Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and data-driven Data Analyst to join a leading technology company. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers to transform data into meaningful business insights, optimize product performance, and support strategic decision-making through experimentation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Design, execute and analyze A/B tests and product experiments.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor product performance and business KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop performance tracking dashboards for products and features.
• Apply statistical analysis and analytical methodologies to evaluate business performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data insights and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience performing statistical analysis and interpreting business data.
