YOUR MISSION:

This position is responsible for supporting the Head of Strategy to shape key business decisions and the growth strategy by transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate cross functionally with teams such as Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising, helping to ensure decisions are informed by accurate, relevant and timely data. This role blends analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to work at the intersection of data and business.

Task 1: Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiative across all business topics such as sales performance, customer behavior, inventory efficiency, market trend, etc.

Task 2: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Task 3: Support the development of data models and frameworks that support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making.

Task 4: Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor business performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for optimization.

Task 5: Prepare data-led presentations and communicate findings to the management team for decision making.

YOUR TALENT:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or relevant studies.

Professional: 1-2 years working experience in the Data Analytics field. Preferably, candidates from the retail or wholesale background.

IT Skills: Proficient in Excel and SQL for data cleaning, analysis and reporting; Power BI; Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI); Basic knowledge in SAP; Basic knowledge in API; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Macro

English Skills: English and Local Language
