Overview

What you will do:

As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You will work on brand campaigns and pitches, assist in developing reporting frameworks for web and social analytics projects and manage quality and insightful reporting for clients whilst supervising your junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Keeping a pulse on cadence reports (daily, weekly, monthly) performance data from data analytics platforms
  • Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards
  • Segmentation analysis and Implementation with internal development and client teams
  • Participating in ad hoc requests from accounts handled such as root-cause analysis, reporting, data insights generation and more.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
  • Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through scheduled internal training on Analytics and Implementation
  • Lead junior analysts (if senior) providing coaching and ensuring quality of deliverables

Qualifications

We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Proven analytical depth and clarity in producing data deliverables for clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Netcore, Adobe etc.
  • Experience working with first party data or customer databases
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL is
  • required
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, R etc for data cleaning
  • and modeling
  • Experience in using data visualization tool such as Looker, Power BI or similar
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, MySQL etc. or similar is required
  • Able to prioritise tasks and provide timely updates
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing industry, and possess natural curiosity
  • Team player, Independent & Detail-oriented
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry
  • An undergraduate college degree in related field
