Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions using enterprise BI tools and robust data models.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to understand data sources, data lineage, and data quality; ensure dashboards reflect authoritative data.
- Optimize dashboard performance, data refreshes, and data model efficiency.
- Manage BI content (datasets, reports/dashboards, apps) and security (Row-Level Security) as applicable.
- Define KPIs and semantic layers; translate requirements into clear visuals and storytelling.
- Ensure governance, data security, and privacy; provide documentation and user training.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies; use collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards).
Experience required
- Over3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and data quality checks.
- Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling; familiarity with data normalization.
- Experience with enterprise BI tools (generic) and dashboard development.
- Understanding of data sources, lineage, and data governance principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Kanban).
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
