Summary
The Digital Transformation & Analytics Specialist leads initiatives to drive digital innovation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on leveraging technology and analytics to optimize business operations, enhance customer/employee experience, and support strategic objectives through scalable solutions, robust governance, and effective change management.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation
- Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with business goals and transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using emerging technologies (e.g., Power Platform, RPA).
- Conduct current- vs. future-state process mapping; translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and platforms.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Collect, analyse, and interpret datasets to generate actionable insights for business units.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) to monitor KPIs and performance.
- Build lightweight data models and pipelines; perform diagnostic, trend, and forecasting analysis.
- Support predictive/prescriptive analytics initiatives to inform decision-making (e.g., churn, utilization, efficiency).
- Champion data quality, lineage, and governance practices (PDPA-compliant).
Technology Integration
- Evaluate and recommend digital solutions, tools, and platforms based on business needs and ROI.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with security standards; document architecture and processes.
Change Management & Enablement
- Drive cultural and operational change to embrace digital transformation, communications, training, and adoption tracking.
- Conduct training/workshops for stakeholders on digital tools, dashboards, and analytics best practices.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and FAQs; provide post-implementation support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field.
- Experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or process improvement roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Excel (advanced); Python is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), RPA (UiPath), ETL tools, and API integrations.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and UAT/project delivery in cross-functional teams.
- Certifications (nice-to-have): Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile/Scrum, Power BI, PMP/Prince2.
