Data Analyst (Web3 experience required)

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Acquisition Modeling

• Map paid/organic acquisition channels and user conversion paths;
• Build analytical models tracking traffic registration transaction funnels;
• Design real-time automated dashboards for performance monitoring.

2. Data-Ops & SOP Leadership

• Establish data-driven SOPs for key workflows (campaigns, activation, retention);
• Drive cross-functional implementation and continuous optimization.

3. Finance-Integrated Analysis

• Conduct ROI/LTV-based cohort analysis to identify high-value user segments;
• Deliver acquisition source reports with resource allocation recommendations.

4. Growth Strategy Formulation

• Produce commercial insights reports via trend forecasting & attribution modeling;
• Propose executable growth initiatives (e.g., channel optimization, partnership models).

Mandatory Requirements

1. Experience & Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher;
• 2-3 years in growth analytics at internet giants/fintech/Crypto exchanges.

2. Technical Expertise

• Mastery of attribution models (Last-Click, MTA, etc.) and channel evaluation frameworks;
• Advanced SQL (complex queries, ETL optimization);
• Proficient in Python/R for data processing/modeling (Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn).

3.Domain Knowledge

• Hands-on experience supporting exchange/fintech business growth;
• Fluency in core metrics: CAC, conversion rate, ARPU, retention.

4.Language & Soft Skills

• Fluent English (must collaborate seamlessly with native speakers);
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects: data extraction analysis board-ready recommendations;
• Excellence in remote collaboration and ownership-driven execution under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with DeFi/Web3 user growth analytics;
2. Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude);
3. Understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics.
