Responsibilities
The Data Analytics Analyst supports business decisionmaking by delivering reliable analytical datasets, standardized reporting, and insightful dashboards. This role focuses on business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and datasets to support planning and operational decisionmaking
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation from multiple source systems into analytical datasets
- Support data integration and refresh processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear analytical requirements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and insights across orders, revenue, pricing, customers, or operations
- Maintain documentation for datasets, metric definitions, and reporting logic
- Support data quality checks and troubleshooting of data issues across dashboards and reports
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency, automation, and selfservice analytics capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
- Strong experience in business intelligence and data analytics
- Handson experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working with data warehouses and structured datasets
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Understanding of data integration workflows and data modeling concepts
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical outputs
- Comfortable working with crossfunctional stakeholders (planning, operations, finance, analytics)
