Data Analytics - AVP

What you do

• Leverage on internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support sales analytics.

Who you are

• A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Possess overall 7-8 years work experience with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Operates with a team‑centric ethos, fostering collaboration and interdependence across the department.
