Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within delivery operations.
Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all Hubs in Malaysia.
Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
Experience with analytics query/languages like SQL and Python.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Keen interest in BI / Data analytics / Supply Chain.
