Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Data organization

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Data organization
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers across multiple levels
Drive architecture decisions for data platforms, pipelines, and governance at scale
Partner with executive leadership on data strategy aligned to business goals
Ensure data infrastructure reliability, security, and compliance

Professional & Technical Skills:

Drive cross-functional alignment between Data, AI, and Product organizations
Represent Data engineering in organizational planning and budgeting
