About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modern enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and Azure, with a proven track record of architecting data solutions that enable business intelligence, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to define data strategies, governance frameworks, and future-ready architectures.

What You'll Do:

• As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise data architectures that support business growth, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to define scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Define data models, data integration standards, and architecture best practices.
• Architect modern data platforms using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Lead the design of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Drive data modernization and migration initiatives.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance of data solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• We're looking for an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in data modeling, cloud platforms, and modern data engineering technologies who can translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in designing enterprise data architectures and data management frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical).
• Expertise in ETL/ELT architecture and data integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Big Data technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with real-time and batch data processing architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed teams.
