Role Overview
We are looking for an Investment Data Associate / Senior Associate to support sanctions monitoring activities within our investment platform. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate issuer and security data to ensure compliance with global sanctions requirements. The position involves close coordination with internal teams and external data vendors, with a strong focus on data quality and regulatory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update issuer and security data in line with global sanctions lists
- Perform exception monitoring and investigate potential sanctions matches
- Coordinate with technology teams and external data vendors to resolve data issues
- Maintain clear procedures and documentation for sanctions-related data processes
- Respond to user queries related to sanctions monitoring and data accuracy
- Support enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement within investment data operations
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data operations, compliance, investment operations, or shared services
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for reconciliation and data validation
- Exposure to investment data platforms and/or sanctions processes is highly advantageous
