Monitor the DC environment via the EMS tools and CCTV.
Escort and monitor vendor who requires to perform tasks in the DC
Supervise vendor who performs preventive maintenance for DC M&E equipment, such as UPS, air condition units, firefighting systems, EMS and other equipment that is supporting the DC.
Extract, compile and prepare reports that are related to DC, including but not limited to, visitor log, access request reports, daily monitoring reports and maintenance reports.
Perform physical asset sighting and verifying when required
Supervise on hardware installation and decommission in the DC
Supervise on cabling activity performed in the DC
Submit access request for DC vendor and/or engineer who requires to access the DC
Provide support in incident troubleshooting
Willing to travel to Cyberjaya DC and HQ DR during incident or project changes DC Operator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in relevant field.
Proven work experience as a data center support operator.
Advanced knowledge of data center facilities and equipment
Knowledge of popular DC monitoring system and tools
Ability to analysis and solve DC issues.
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
