The Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team is the backbone of AWS, supporting the rapidly growing AWS business and customers 24/7. Data Center Engineering Operation (DCEO) is seeking for individuals who are motivated, self-starter, eager to learn, passionate and committed to join us. You will spend 6 months on the assignment and by the end of it, your progression may be evaluated to see if you have what it takes to join our successful team and be a full time Amazonian.
This is a 6-months assignment with opportunity to apply to the Regular full time position after.

- Basic technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC or fire systems in critical facilities
- Willing to work in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster, or oncall basis
- Expected graduation in 2027 or graduated within the past 24 months.
- Candidates must be able to legally work in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills in Malaysian and English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
- Foundational technical knowledge of critical facilities including electrical, mechanical and control systems, with strong eagerness to learn and grow in mission critical operations
