Handle daily O&M of data center electrical, HVAC and low-voltage systems. Senior roles manage comprehensive infrastructure O&M to ensure operational safety.
Regularly inspect alarm settings, monitor system stability, and track documented facility inspections.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, HVAC and low-voltage system faults, identify root causes and implement solutions.
Respond to emergencies promptly per EOP. Senior roles lead emergency handling.
Senior roles manage O&M teams, including risk control, staffing, work arrangement and SLA compliance.
Implement O&M quality indicators, optimize PUE, and update SOP, MOP, EOP and training documents.
Formulate maintenance, training and drill plans. Senior roles review and implement change requests and incident reports.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, bachelor's degree preferred, in Electrical Engineering, HVAC or related fields.
At least one year of relevant work experience for junior roles. Senior roles require five or more years of electrical or HVAC experience, with two or more years of data center O&M management experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC and low-voltage systems, and quick emergency response. Senior roles need team management and O&M optimization capabilities.
Professional vocational certificates. Senior roles prefer advanced technical certificates, electrician or refrigeration certificates.
Good oral and written English communication skills.
Responsible, proactive and with strong learning ability. Senior roles require excellent coordination skills.
