Your new role
Based in Cyberjaya, you will lead the operations and maintenance of a mission-critical hyperscale data centre, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with service standards. This role involves managing engineering teams, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving operational efficiency in a 24/7 environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or diploma in a technical discipline with relevant M&E training.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data centre or critical facility operations, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems such as UPS, generators, chillers, and fire safety systems.
- Ability to learn and champion new technology
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to emergencies.
