About the Role

Use barcode scanners to record IT asset information and ensure data accuracy. Establish and update IT asset ledgers, conduct regular inventory, and ensure consistency between ledgers and actual assets.

Responsibilities

• Use barcode scanners to record IT asset information and ensure data accuracy.
• Establish and update IT asset ledgers, conduct regular inventory, and ensure consistency between ledgers and actual assets.
• Implement 5S/6S standards in the asset management area to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
• Assist in asset receipt, storage, allocation and handover to ensure circulation traceability.
• Sort asset-related documents and provide basic data support.
• Cooperate with the domestic team to complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of asset/warehouse management or IT assistant experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficient in barcode scanner operation and Office software (especially Excel for ledger management).
• Familiar with 5S/6S standards, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good communication skills; basic English (able to read and fill in asset forms).
• Hardworking, proactive, with basic on-site problem-solving ability.
• Legally eligible to work overseas and able to work on-site stably.
