Data Centre Broker , Manager/Senior Manager

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to clients across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, leading complex transactions and providing expert guidance on data centre facilities, colocation services, hyperscale deployments, and edge computing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Leadership & Execution

• Lead sophisticated transactions across the data centre value chain, managing leasing assignments for colocation space, wholesale data centre facilities, build-to-suit developments and land brokerage.
• Drive deal execution from origination through closing while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  

Business Development & Client Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders including data centre operators and REITs, hyperscale cloud providers, institutional investors, private equity firms, enterprise clients, telecom carriers, and developers.
• Generate new business through market intelligence and strategic networking. Develop comprehensive client strategies and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and investment committees.
  

Industry & Technical Expertise

• Maintain deep understanding of critical infrastructure metrics including Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), critical load calculations, power pricing structures, generator specifications, and energy storage systems.
• Stay current on regulatory frameworks covering data sovereignty, environmental mandates, zoning requirements, telecom licensing, and security standards.
• Position yourself as a credible technical advisor across all stakeholder engagements.
  

Financial Analysis & Deal Structuring

• Conduct sophisticated financial analysis including asset valuations, investment return modeling, cash flow projections, and lease economics assessments.
• Evaluate development feasibility and prepare comprehensive financial models.
• Structure creative solutions addressing power commitments, tenant improvements, lease terms, revenue arrangements, and exit provisions.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, or related field required. MBA or relevant Master's degree strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years commercial real estate experience with minimum 5 years in data centres, technology infrastructure, or specialized property sectors.
• Proven track record closing significant data centre transactions with demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities (DCF, comparable analysis, feasibility studies)
• Excellent negotiation and deal structuring abilities
• Superior communication skills with C-suite presentation experience
• Strategic thinking combined with meticulous execution focus
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
