Job Overview
As a Pre-Sales & Solutions Architect, you will manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle by identifying customer requirements and aligning them with the company's solutions, clearly presenting offerings to persuade potential clients. The role involves designing Co-location solutions, requiring strong knowledge of Data Centre topology and technologies, with an advantage for those experienced in AutoCAD and M&E design. Success in this position relies on the ability to support sales teams technically and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Work Life:
- Able to handle and produce technical proposal and tender related submission
- Able to understand facilities setup of data centre and identify opportunities for the business
- Understand customers need and provide solution's by develop data centre ecosystem that suit customer's requirement
- Technical proposal writing for RFI/RFQ/RFP/Presentation to be provided to customers
- Build and maintain good rapport and relationship with clients
- Able to present technical solution, and understand customer technical pain point and provide adequate solutions.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Mechanical & Electrical experience in data centre facilities
- Possess strong sensibility for data centre technology
- Possess at least an elementary level in AutoCad drawing skill
- Able to understand data centre M&E Single Line Diagram and redundancy topology
- Understanding of Data Center Standard, TIA 942, Uptime Institute, Tier Classification
- Adaptable and self-motivated, with a can-do spirit, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in multicultural environments.
