Job Description

Responsibilities:

CCTV Project Management:

  • Project planning, deployment & deliveries
  • Project documentation & audit checks
  • Vendor handling

Access Control and CCTV Installation:

  • Lead the installation and configuration of access control and CCTV systems.
  • Ensure proper integration of access control and CCTV components for

seamless functionality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.

Service and Maintenance:

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on access control and CCTV systems.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and provide timely resolution to

technical issues.

Implement preventive measures to avoid system downtime.

Data Center Environment:

  • Apply knowledge and experience in working within a data center

environment.

  • Familiarity with data center protocols and security measures is highly

desirable.

  • Ensure compliance with data center policies and procedures.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation and service activities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and maintain internal documentation

purposes.

Requirements:

Education and experience:

  • Minimum of a technical diploma or relevant certification in electronics,

information technology, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a lead technician or service technician in access control

and CCTV systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in installing, configuring, programming, commissioning, and

servicing ACS and CCTV systems

  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, networking protocols and data

communication in a data center environment.

  • Basic scripting knowledge is a plus (Powershell, Bash)

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams

and clients.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Problem-solving:
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical

issues.

  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system optimization.

Flexibility:

  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules.
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
