Position: Data Centre Technician / Data Centre Escort (24x7 Operations)
Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift
Employment Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract

We are expanding our Data Centre Operations team in Johor Bahru and are looking for motivated and hands-on individuals to support critical infrastructure and 24x7 operations environment.
Fresh graduates and candidates with technical / IT support / hardware exposure are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Data Centre Technician (DCT)
- Support daily 24x7 data centre operations
- Perform basic server, hardware and network troubleshooting
- Assist with rack & stack, cabling and hardware installation
- Monitor alarms, incidents and operational activities
- Support preventive maintenance and operational checks
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and engineers
- Ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures
Data Centre Escort
- Escort vendors, contractors and visitors within data centre premises
- Monitor and record access activities
- Ensure compliance with site security and operational procedures
- Support basic operational coordination and documentation
- Assist operations team when required
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in IT, Engineering or related field preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with experience in:
- IT support
- Hardware support
- NOC / infrastructure
- server / technical environment

- Able to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
- Willing to work onsite in Johor Bahru
- Good teamwork and communication skills
