- Deliver IT solutions on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and implement data management technology improvements.
- Support project rollouts for new IT solutions.
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using automation tools.
- Establish and maintain a data warehouse to consolidate and simplify data access.
- Develop reporting solutions with SSRS and Power BI, enhancing dashboards and analytics.
- Optimize database performance, manage backups, and resolve data issues.
- Ensure data practices align with governance, security, and quality standards.
- Re-engineer data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses as needed.
- Conduct market research and share best practices.
IT Projects
- Support local and regional IT application rollouts.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and costs effectively.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent.
- 23 years experience in data technologies, reporting tools, or data warehousing.
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Python (Databricks and Spark experience preferred).
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective under pressure with a focus on delivering and documenting solutions.
