Data Engineer

The challenge is to:

• Drive end-to-end execution of data analytics initiatives efficiently with completed and qualified data, and within the project timeline.
• Build ETL data pipeline for data warehouse transformation.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams and internal team members effectively to ensure data are captured, understood, and translated for data analytics.
• Provide maintenance support and troubleshoot Issues on report visualisation.
• Maintain data quality process to ensure data is clean and within SLA.

Do you have experience in

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of data or software engineering in data experience.
• Strong SQL and Python development skills.
• Experience in ETL, Data Lake, data warehouse pipelines, and data analytics project.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) would be a huge advantage, however experience developing in other cloud platform is also welcomed (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience with big data framework (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Kafka) is a huge plus.
• Experience in data modelling is a huge plus.
• Experience in CI/CD would is a huge plus.
• Experience working in retail domain and technology is a huge plus.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills including strong written and spoken English.
