Data Entry Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable handling high volumes of data with speed and accuracy.

Location: Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM3,000Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.

• Process invoices, billing information, and other finance-related documents.

• Verify and cross-check data to ensure completeness and correctness.

• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for the finance and operations team.

• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in data entry, finance operations, or administrative support is an advantage.

• Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with ERP systems.

• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
