Job Description as Data Integrity Manager Developer - (12 months contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- As a Creator/Curator, to work and collaborate closely with PMs, BAs, GT and BU Requestors to build reconciliation solutions in FIS's Data Integrity Manager.
- Contribute through all steps of the project life cycle in their role as Creator/Curator, from requirement gathering with BAs and BUs, to the development phase, and then defect support during the UAT phase, and support in go-live deployment
- Attendance of Project Working Committees when required to present updates on projects
- Adheres to all applicable procedures, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements.
- Any other responsibilities/ tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance and banking, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services operations, data management, or reconciliation functions.
- Hands-on experience working with reconciliation platforms (e.g., FIS DIM, TLM, SmartStream, or similar tools).
- Experience managing reconciliation data, including accounts, reference data, static data, matching rules, and tolerances.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial data flows across upstream and downstream systems.
- Experience operating within a controlled, audit-ready environment with documented processes and approvals.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and change control practices.
- Experience collaborating with Operations, Risk, Technology, and Audit stakeholders.
Creator-Specific Experience
- Practical experience creating and maintaining reconciliation configurations, including:
1. Account setups and hierarchies
2. Data feeds and sources
3. Matching rules, thresholds, and tolerances
- Experience identifying and correcting data issues contributing to reconciliation breaks.
- Prior experience submitting changes through workflow-based approval processes.
- Strong operational experience supporting daily or periodic reconciliations.
Curator-Specific Experience
- Experience reviewing, validating, and approving reconciliation data changes.
- Proven ability to assess the impact and risk of data changes on reconciliation outcomes and reporting.
- Experience enforcing data standards, controls, and governance policies.
- Background supporting audit requests, including evidence provision, data lineage, and change history.
- Experience acting as a quality control or oversight role within reconciliation or data governance teams.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and financial data flows
- Experience with Data Integrity Manager a must - Creator and Curator experience
