About Clone & Freemen

At Clone & Freemen, we are a Next-Gen MSP+ redefining managed services through the fusion of service management, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and governance.

We empower global brands and manufacturers to operate securely, stay compliant, and innovate faster through automation and digital transformation.

We're now looking for a Data Management Analyst to join our growing digital operations team — someone who thrives at the intersection of business process, technology, and client success.

About the Role

You will act as the bridge between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders, driving solution design and implementation that transform how organizations manage their digital operations and data workflows.

Your role combines client engagement, business analysis, and technical implementation — ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, accurately, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Business Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational workflows, challenges, and digital transformation goals.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.
  • Support pre-sales discussions, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Coordinate delivery milestones, testing, and project communication with all stakeholders.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Work with development and operations teams to implement system workflows, data integrations, and automation processes.
  • Validate solution performance through testing, troubleshooting, and defect management.
  • Support system rollout and provide end-user documentation and training.

Data & Automation

  • Leverage Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools to generate insights and streamline operations.
  • Support integration between business systems using API, XML, and JSON workflows.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and introduce digital efficiencies.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and process automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, solution delivery, or system integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of system workflows, data processes, and integration concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java, or SQL preferred.
  • Familiar with Power BI, Power Automate, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Chinese.
