Data Management Internship

The aim of this internship is to develop students interest in the various areas of the industry and experience real life on-the-job working environment.

Role Summary

In this internship, you undergo short term placement in Data Management Team. If you are selected in this programme, you will work as part of the team in daily operational task such as:

• Validate the quality and reliability of data during data maintenance in ERP systems.
• Where necessary, analyse the request, identify, and resolve issues with supervision.
• Process mass data, including import, export and analyse data.
• Interpret data and analyse result for workgroup arrangement.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Support team members in daily activities.
• Administrative tasks and assist in presentation activities such as business reporting, meeting minutes, meeting slides preparation etc.

Essential Requirements

• You are currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in any field and have strong career interest in Data Management.
• You have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• You are well-organised team player, able to perform various tasks, and independent in fast paced environment.
• Preferably minimum of internship period of 12 weeks or more.
