Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end data migration process for ERP implementation across Malaysia and Singapore operations.
- Ensure data readiness by preparing, cleansing, and validating data for migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and address data quality issues.
- Develop and execute data migration plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on the progress of data migration to ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Identify potential risks and establish mitigation strategies to ensure seamless data transition.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards throughout the migration process.
- Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot any issues related to data integrity or functionality.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Data Migration & Readiness Lead (MY & SG) ERP should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in data migration within ERP systems, especially in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices in data management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment in Kuala Lumpur and manage multiple priorities.
