We are hiring a Data Migration Specialist with 4–7 years’ telecom experience to lead large-scale migration projects across Billing, CRM, OSS/BSS, and network platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end data migration strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and ETL teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with telecom regulations.
• Oversee data cleansing, extraction, transformation, and mapping.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related.
• Strong ETL tools knowledge (Informatica or Talend or Azure Data Factory or any other ETL tool).
• Proficient in SQL & scripting.
• Excellent project management & stakeholder communication skills.
