Rhi are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join an existing team supporting the full life cycle processes of our clients FMCG product line across AsPac, India and MEKSA regions.

Based: Bangsar South with hybrid working 60/40
- Administer product life cycles according to the Streamline process, supporting additions and deletions to the portfolio efficiently within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate data collection and consolidate reports to prepare various product reports.
- Publish derived analysis on Product line management- how many SKUs being introduced / deleted by country within the region.
- Deliver new products in conjunction with Country Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Product Stewardship, Technology, Supply Chain and the global marketing team, through end-to-end implementation of the Streamline Requests (SLRs) for each new SKU introduction.
- Work closely through meticulous coordination with country teams to ensure SLRs are close on time, as per agreed timelines.
- Regularly track and resolve complex Streamline issues. Based on agreed trigger points, further collaborate with higher levels of authority for solution or direction and feedback.
- Support product line management activities including steamline supply chain.
- Display flexibility and adaptability to work with and assist other teams within the organisation.
- Understand and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders of varying levels of seniority to ensure efficient process is followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
- Assist in data enrichment initiatives as well as contribute to continuous improvement and transformation projects.
- Develop and update process documents to ensure rigor in process documentation are in place to reflect any operational changes.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Management, Business, Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience managing a client-service oriented function with experience in Procurement / Supply chain or material master experience
- Sound experience in JDE & Salesforce - Highly sought
Highly Desirable Criteria
- Experience in material master data, vendor master data, or supply chain operations
- Experience working in a shared services environment; a strong team player with good English communication skills
- Exposure to Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) with a major international business is highly regards - Chemical, Liquids, O&G or industrial products.
