JOB FUNCTIONS:
We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to analyze and assess the accuracy of Sales and Finance data and reports. This role is responsible for managing master data, developing and maintaining data quality reports and dashboards, troubleshooting data issues, and proactively highlighting risks and discrepancies to relevant stakeholders to support accurate reporting and bonus calculation.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review complex or ambiguous transactions and apply the correct product classification in line with HQ-approved product catalogue definitions.
- Define and track data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and validity) for Finance and Sales data.
- Identify data anomalies, duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies, and work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues prior to reporting cycles.
- Proactively document data quality issues and their impact on management reporting, operations, and bonus calculation.
- Track remediation actions and measure data quality improvements over time to reduce recurring issues.
- Support the automation of data quality checks through dashboards and monitoring controls.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Office 365 configuring (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online)
- Experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or Finance Analyst role within the IT industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and BI tools (Power BI practice is an advantage).
- English fluency in speaking and writing.
