Data Quality Engineer

• 5+ years experience in data quality, data engineering, data governance or closely related roles. • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages used for data work (Python preferred; Scala/Java acceptable). • Hands‑on experience with Databricks/Spark or equivalent big data platforms. • Practical experience implementing DQ frameworks or tools (e.g., Great Expectations, Deequ, Informatica DQ, Talend, or native Databricks checks). • Experience with data catalog/lineage tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Alation) and familiarity with metadata management concepts. • Strong analytical skills: data profiling, anomaly detection, and root‑cause analysis. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into business actions. • Fluent English and Mandarin.
