We are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Scientist to join our client's dynamic team. This role has a strong focus on research and development (R&D), data analysis, and analytics-driven problem solving. You will work extensively with machine learning frameworks to develop data-driven solutions that support business growth. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development (R&D) in data science and machine learning to explore new approaches and solutions
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models using appropriate frameworks
- Build and maintain predictive and analytical models to support business and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver analytics-driven opportunities
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data science and machine learning
- Present clear, concise, and actionable analytical findings to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proficiency in data management and working with complex datasets
- Experience in experiment design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an analytics-focused role
- Experience with deep learning and unstructured data
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
