Role Overview
As a
Data Solutions Consultant , you are the technical heartbeat of our sales engine. Your mission is to drive the adoption of
Microsoft Fabric ,
Power BI , and
Noventiq Professional Services by demonstrating how data-driven insights solve real-world business challenges. You will bridge the gap between complex data architectures and high-impact business value, ensuring our customers transform their raw data into a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Upselling: Lead technical discovery sessions to identify opportunities for upselling Microsoft Fabric , Power BI , and modern Data Warehousing solutions.
- Strategic Architecture: Design end-to-end data journeys, focusing on data consolidation from disparate sources into a unified, governed environment.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Build and deliver high-impact demos and PoCs that showcase the power of Microsoft Fabric and Noventiq's value-added services.
- Sales Execution: Partner with Account Managers to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas . You are responsible for the technical win in the sales cycle.
- Multi-Cloud Expansion: While Microsoft-centric, you will proactively expand your expertise to position data solutions across AWS and other cloud ecosystems to meet diverse client needs.
- Tender & RFP Management: Lead the technical response for RFPs, ensuring all data governance, security, and architectural requirements are met.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Data Presales or Solution Architect role.
- Proven Sales Record: Experience working towards and achieving sales targets/quotas.
- Technical Proficiency: * Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft Data Stack (Power BI is a must).
- Strong understanding of Data Consolidation strategies for enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Spark is highly desirable.
- Consultative Skills: Ability to translate geek speak into business benefits for stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A growth mindset with the desire to master cross-platform solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
