About the job
This is a key position within a global team where you will be responsible for data tool maintenance such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and more. You will collaborate with IT and provide end-user support and training. Overall, you will contribute to the development of data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage reporting platforms such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Microsoft Power BI, and SharePoint sites
- Monitor system performance, ensure stable data refresh processes, and manage user access as required
- Support configuration changes and maintain proper documentation of procedures
- Partner with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, reproduce defects, and support functional testing
- Handle data integration from key sources including SharePoint, Power BI data models, and Oracle systems
- Provide comprehensive test results and feedback to assist in technical resolution
- Conduct data analysis to support business evaluations and operational requirements
- Develop and maintain both recurring and ad hoc reports
- Schedule and monitor automated reporting processes to ensure successful execution
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for reporting tools
- Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to reporting processes
Job Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in business analytics, systems engineering, or application support – especially with focus on reporting tools
- Manufacturing industry experience will be a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle databases, such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel Macros, Power Query and Pivot, and Power BI
- Good communication skills and training ability
- English proficiency in both speaking and writing
