About the Role

The DBA - Database Technologies (Microsoft SQL & Cloud-native) - SQL Level 3 position is critical in managing and optimizing our database systems. The role involves ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our database environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL databases.
• Implement and monitor database security measures.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and backup/recovery processes are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in database management are a plus.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud-native database technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with database migration and upgrades.
• Knowledge of other database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
