Data Center Operations (Technical)
- 24x7 operations monitoring, break-fix, incident and change management, and escalation handling.
- Routine checks, preventive maintenance coordination, and fault management for critical systems (electrical, mechanical, network).
- Support for customer onboarding, site access, MOP/SOP/EOP execution, and maintenance scheduling.
- Reporting of capacity utilization, alarms, and environmental conditions.
- Site escort duties as required.
