About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DataStage Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration solutions. The role involves building scalable ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage
- Perform code reviews, testing, performance tuning, and production support
- Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including RCA
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams
- Support data integration and migration initiatives involving DataStage and Talend
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
- Strong expertise in ETL development and data integration
- Experience with DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator
- Prior exposure to Talend Data Integration (DI) or Talend projects
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Understanding of data warehousing and integration concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
