Date center facility manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate O&M plans and oversee all O&M work of the building data center.
2. Manage operation of power, HVAC, monitoring, network & IT systems; ensure compliance with customer SLA.
3. Master system equipment performance, compile/improve O&M guidelines and ensure implementation.
4. Guarantee physical environment & system safety; conduct regular hazard inspections, early warning and propose improvements.
5. Follow up building projects, cooperate with testing, and handle/feedback problems timely.
6. Organize regular O&M training to improve team professional competence.
7. Complete other daily tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with IDC power distribution, refrigeration, monitoring system architecture, operation & management processes.
2. 10KV+ equipment maintenance experience and team leadership experience.
3. 3 years as IDC O&M supervisor or above; 5 years of IDC infrastructure O&M experience.
4. Experience in IDC O&M optimization; capable of planning and organizing IDC renovation projects.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Good at learning, innovative, with team building and management experience.
7. Proficient in Chinese (oral & written) and good English communication skills.
