What We Offer:
Job Position: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Working Hours: Shift Rotational Basis (8am - 9pm)
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
Salary: Monthly salary minimum RM2800 with Allowances and Incentives
ϸ Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with TELCO is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
Communication:
Excellent verbal (Mandarin & English) and written communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
Fresh graduate is welcomed!
